Founder's Office

The Role

Founder’s Office works across commercial strategy, client operations, delivery follow-through, hiring, and internal systems. You will help turn Lukla Logic from a high-trust engineering practice into a repeatable operating company without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

This role is broad by design. It needs judgment, writing ability, operational follow-through, and comfort moving between client conversations and internal execution.

What You Will Do

• Help qualify inbound opportunities and prepare client discovery.
• Support scope, pricing, proposal writing, and engagement setup.
• Track delivery commitments, client communication, risks, and follow-ups.
• Improve internal operating systems for hiring, sales, delivery, finance, and knowledge management.
• Turn founder context into clear documents, processes, and decisions.
• Help maintain a high bar for client experience without creating corporate overhead.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in founder’s office, operations, consulting, product, customer success, or early-stage company building.
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast context switching.
• Enough technical literacy to understand software delivery conversations.
• Strong ownership: when something is dropped, you notice and close the loop.
